The Malone AirFlow2 is a double-wall aluminium crossbar system designed for vehicles with factory raised side rails, combining an aerodynamic profile that reduces wind noise with integrated T-slots that make attaching and adjusting kayak carriers, bike mounts, and other accessories clean and straightforward. Cam-assist bolts ensure a tight, rattle-free fit even on smaller side rail profiles, and pre-installed key-locking towers keep the bars secure at trailheads and parking areas without extra hardware. Non-corrosive aluminium construction holds up through Canadian seasons of rain, snow, and saltwater exposure without deteriorating.

Available in 50", 58", and 65" lengths to suit a range of vehicle roof widths, all rated to 165 lb. Both bars arrive complete and ready to install with no tools required. Optional T-slot installation hardware for compatible Malone carriers is sold separately. Backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
