The North Water Barrel Cooler fits inside your Blue Barrel to turn it into an insulated cold storage system, without sacrificing the waterproof protection and portage-friendly form factor you're already relying on. Half-inch closed cell foam insulation and a double-walled construction with roll-top closure keep temperatures stable on warm summer days on Canadian lakes and rivers. The seam-taped inner lining and insulation layer are removable for easy cleaning after a trip, which anyone who has dealt with a leaky cooler on a wilderness route will appreciate.

Available in two sizes to match your barrel setup, the Barrel Cooler integrates cleanly with the full North Water barrel organisation system alongside the TriBags, Barrel Caddy, and Barrel Accessory Roll. It also works on its own as a standalone insulated bag. When it's empty, it collapses flat for easy packing. The 15L size is best matched to the 60L Blue Barrel.

Note that the Barrel Cooler is not waterproof on its own and is designed to be used inside a Blue Barrel for full weather protection.
