The Kokatat Icon Men's Drysuit is built around GORE-TEX Pro Shell fabric, one of the most trusted waterproof breathable materials in paddling. The three-layer construction keeps water out while still letting body heat and moisture escape, which matters a lot on a long day running cold Canadian rivers. High-wear zones on the legs, shoulders, and arms are reinforced with 330 Cordura fabric, so the suit holds up to the kind of contact that comes with serious paddling.

One of the more thoughtful design choices here is the rear entry zipper. By moving the entry point to the back, Kokatat eliminates the overlap between the suit zipper and your spray skirt tunnel, which means a cleaner seal and a drier ride in the cockpit. The dual adjustable overskirt and hook-and-loop compatible neoprene work together to keep that connection tight. Latex gaskets at the neck and wrist create a reliable waterproof seal, while the self-draining neoprene over-cuffs add a layer of flexibility and comfort over top.
