For paddlers regularly hauling large recreational or fishing kayaks, a trailer with the right carriers already matched to the load saves a lot of time and second-guessing at the point of purchase.

The Malone MicroSport Two SaddleUp Package pairs the MicroSport base trailer with two MPG110 SaddleUp Pro carriers, a combination well suited to large kayaks of varying shapes and sizes that don't always sit cleanly in J-style or standard cradle carriers. The 800 lb load capacity handles even the heaviest fishing kayaks with gear loaded, and the 78" coated steel load bars with D-ring tie-downs are compatible with the full range of Malone accessories if you want to expand the setup later. Many paddlers find the trailer convenient enough that they leave the boats loaded and ready between trips rather than pulling them on and off the roof each time.

A full-size galvanised spare tire with locking attachment is included for confidence on remote Canadian launches and back-road access routes. Available by special order only.
