True surface mount installation requires no backside access, and the included #10 blunt tip stainless steel thread-forming screws handle installation on most rotomolded and thermoformed kayaks. For maximum security in heavy-duty applications, the optional FullBack backing plate is recommended. Available in 4", 8", 12", and 16" lengths.
