Getting a properly matched tent and stove in one package takes the guesswork out of winter camp setup, and this combo is dialled in from the start.
The Classic 2 builds on the proven four-sided cotton canvas design but moves the stove pipe ring to the front right side wall. That placement is deliberate: by using a stove with an angled elbow pipe, the stack exits away from the tent fabric, which keeps creosote embers clear of the canvas and eliminates the need for a spark arrestor. The 12' x 12' floor plan with 30" sidewalls gives you genuine standing room and space for cots, sleeping four to six with a stove running. Made in Ontario from 10 oz Sunforger army duck cotton canvas with double-sewn, flat-felled seams, this winter hot tent is built to Canadian tent and fire safety standards. No pole kit required: stake the corners, guy out the sidewalls, and use a pole or stave you find on site.
The Superior 2 stove, made by Kni-Co, is the natural partner for this tent. The adjustable elbow pipe is what makes the Classic 2 setup work, and the stove delivers a 56.7 L firebox with precise temperature control through a built-in damper and draft door. Esker's snow float legs accept branches or poles to keep the stove stable on uneven or soft ground. All pipes nest inside the stove box for transport, keeping the packed footprint tight.
