The Sisu LV shares the same proven 16-foot hull as the standard Sisu, the second collaboration between Current Designs and Danish designer Jesper Kromann-Andersen, but with a reduced deck height that brings smaller and medium-framed paddlers into much closer contact with the water. That 3/4" difference in depth is subtle on paper but meaningful on the water, tightening up the feel and making edging and bracing more intuitive.

The Swede form hull, widest behind the cockpit, gives the Sisu LV a clean, efficient entry that slices well through chop and accelerates quickly when you put power into the stroke. Pair that with a hard chine and shallow-V bottom and you get a kayak with defined, predictable edging angles and confident tracking in a wide range of conditions. Rock gardens, tide races, coastal touring, and surf are all fair game. The touring cockpit wraps you in with integrated thigh braces for solid boat control, and three hatches handle day trip or overnight storage without complaint.

Available in both fibreglass and Kevlar composite, the Sisu LV is a Danish-style sea kayak that suits paddlers who take their water seriously.
